
Yoga now at Manor Studio!
Yoga makes you feel better. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out and shape up all at the same time. Yoga can also be very beneficial in helping you manage or control a wide range of ailments such as; anxiety, asthma, back pain, blood pressure,carpal tunnel syndrome, fatigue, depression, headaches, heart disease, stress and the seriously debilitating my-jeans-don’t-fit-anymore virus. Limited to just nine people in a class, you will get stacks of attention to help turn you into a guru or just to get the poses right if that’s what you are after.
Our instructor Sarah Cawkwell has trained all over the world (she’s very zen) including, Nepal, Indonesia and France. We love her and we’re sure you will too.
